Libertarianism

Real Ways To Reclaim Freedom For America
.

Premise: Libertarianism also comes in many flavors, but the only one with a serious amount of adherents is conservative-libertarianism. It is sort of freepleism-light, but turned sour with an embrace of both and chaos and some tyranny. Conservative-libertarians differ from freeple, preferring no role in the policing of the world and a de-emphasizing of defense and a domestic security apparatus. They also distrust domestic policing more so than traditional freeple, and have more leniency for public libertinism. They also seem to have no clear and consistent position on abortion. And scarily, they side with creeple that it is OK for big tech corporations to pick and choose what consumers can see over the internet, simply because it isn’t the government doing it. Almost everything that differentiates them from mainstream freepleism leans left away from a civil society toward chaos (or tyranny, as in the last point). They are the utopians of the right (or the middle, to be more accurate), somewhat paralleling anarcho-syndicalism’s vision of a society with little governing authority, but without the collectivism (which leads to chaos or corporate tyranny). In effect, c-libertarians embrace the liberty afforded by freepleism, but water their wine with libertinism and utopian ideals like peace through detachment.

Question: How can America live as a free nation as an island in a sea of nations who want to take that freedom away?

Conundrum: Libertarians naively believe that freedom can exist in a vacuum – they want neither walls within or without. However, a vacuum of chaos invites tyranny. A strong defense of a civil society is necessary to prevent tyranny from developing or invading. This includes military strength. Libertarianism plays stupid to the fact that over 300 American military bases around the world defend the freedom of civil society in countries that cannot defend it themselves, and preserve them from becoming America’s enemies.

[C-libertarians seem to have adopted a bit of a sheeple’s scoff reflex.]

Explanation: This basic difference between c-libertarians and freeple can be explained in this way: Freeple are determined to preserve liberty for the future through proactive policies against future threats that may be prevented in the present, whereas c-libertarians are willing to risk the future of liberty by demanding what they see as principled detachment today. So freeple saw the invasion of Iraq as a pre-emptive strike against an inevitable assault on future liberties, in that if Saddam Hussein had not been stopped, the UN sanctions would have failed in the near future, Saddam would have again been allowed to sell his oil without limit, procure weapons and materials for building WMDs without limits, and would have been back in the terrorism business full-bore with no restrictions.

Freeple saw a removing Saddam Hussein from power as a preventative measure against a then sure future threat to liberty worldwide and in America. C-libertarians reject this reasoning as a diminishing of liberty of the day through a breaking of their principle that until provoked, America should not show aggression. However, this would have guaranteed a future war with a much stronger Saddam Hussein and surrogate terrorism groups with which he might have supplied WMDs.

Freeple recognize that the civil society requires that liberty must be actively and sometimes pro-actively defended in the present against very real potentially greater future threats. C-libertarians seem to think that liberty can defend itself on principle alone without proactive action – a position that can only be described as idyllically naive.

C-libertarians also support a loosening of societal laws on prostitution and recreational drugs, support LGBT rights, and dither on the issue of abortion. All of these libertine positions of chaos threaten the future of liberty in America by undermining demographic factors necessary for producing a replacement population of freeple that can preserve liberty through a preservation of the civil society.

And in about face from their support of chaos inducing reasoning, C-libertarians have no problem with corporate internet monopolies like Facebook, Twitter and Google censoring freeple news websites (or even C-libertarian websites), because according to C-libertarians, only the government can truly censor. This is irrational thinking that can only lead to corporate creeple tyranny.

Conclusion: In effect, freeple are willing to do what is necessary to preserve liberty through proactive military action and demographic based positions based on ethical morals. C-libertarians are willing to gamble by embracing a position of isolationism, chaos and corporate tyranny – virtually as sure a path to the failure of America as is the path of all-out authoritarian creepleism.
